The state filing fee to file this report is $50 (online), $55 (by mail). Due date for this filing is the 15th day of the 4th month after the end of your fiscal year (April 15th for most businesses).
Kansas Non-Profit Corporations, foreign or domestic, file Annual Report. The state fee to file this report is $40. Due date for this filing is the 15th day of the 6th month after the end of your fiscal year (June 15th for most businesses).
