Colorado companies, foreign or domestic, file Colorado Periodic Report. The state filing fee to file this report is $10. Due date for this filing is between 1st day of filing anniversary month until last day of the 3rd upcoming month. For example, if your company was filed on June 23rd, your report period would be due between June 1st and Septemebr 30th. This is true for all entity types registered in the state.
