Nonprofit:
California Non-Profit Corporations file Statement of Information. The state filing fee for this report is $20 if domestic, $25 if foreign. Due date for this filing is every other year on the last day of the anniversary month if domestic, and last day of the anniversary month every year if foreign.
LP, LLP:
California LPs and LLPs are not required to file any reports with the state.
