What is included in the incorporation package?

What paperwork comes with the incorporation package? Do you provide the corporate kit?

Our pricing is a-la-carte, so depending on the state of formation and your choices on the price list you would get some or all of the following documents:
– a filing receipt
– certified copy of Articles of Incorporation
– EIN confirmation letter (typically a signed SS4 with the EIN listed on the top right, the confirmation letter from the IRS comes in mail later)
– Kit & Seal
Of course some states have more requirements, such as publication, so check the form corresponding to your particular state to see which other filings might be required.
