Two LLCs, one address
Asked by: Olivia - 16 March, 2013
I'm renting a room and I'd like to start separating myself from the business I'm working in. The owner has just filed to become an LLC. Being that the address would be registered to the owner's business, can I use the same address to create my own LLC?

Olivia,
Same address can be used for multiple companies, although it's always a good idea to have a unique address for your business. But technically you can do it this way, sure.
