Structure of the business?

I want to be a mediator and representative of the company in Europe, they will sell their goods through me in the U.S.. Should I organize this business as a LLC, or will be enough to run it as a sole proprietor?

Dear Emiliya,
For you the difference between organizing an LLC vs. running the business as a sole proprietor is a question of limiting your liability. If the risk of your business to be liable for any damages resulting from the business activity is high for your taste you should form an LLC. If not then sole proprietorship should suffice. If you can't decide, then I would say consult an attorney who will help you assess those risks.
