Can a nonprofit sell tobacco products? And if so what are the procedures?
To sell tobacco products a company or organization needs to obtain appropriate tobacco licensing. I never heard of non-profits having trouble selling tobacco products if properly licensed, like any other company.
(a) You made a typo in the card number, CCV code, expiration date, name or address;
(b) Your card balance is too low;
(c) Issuing bank has declined this transaction for some other reason related to your account.
