I am in the process of starting my own business through a paypercall.com do I need a business licence for that? I plan to hire 1-2 people in the future to help take calls. Also I would like info on how I need to go about making sure that all employees are independent contractors please.

Judging by your description, it doesn’t look like your business would need a license to operate.
If you plan on hiring independent contractors I would recommend you to consult an accountant, as such business arrangement requires correct documentation and does carry certain risks.
