Remove member from LLC

How do I remove 2 names of the 3 that are on the LLC currently?

Ben,

Any alterations to the original Articles of Organizations, including the members, can be made by filing a Certificate of Amendment with the Secretary of State of the company’s formation. This will allow you to change any of the company’s Articles without compromising the original formation date or EIN.

Please remember, when members are being removed, you may have to re-write your business’ Operating Agreement as well.
