Registering DBA before LLC

Can I apply for DBA in NH first to be sure I can get the DBA name and then immediatly apply for LLC?

David,

Chances are if you would have applied for an LLC in New Hampshire at the same time as applying for DBA you would get them registered at the same time, more or less. So don’t waste time and money on DBA that you don’t even need, and apply for NH LLC directly.
