Hi I want to buy a real estate property in California, according to your recommendation that I should register a LLC in California rather than in Delaware. Why? What is the cons' and Pro's

Linda,
If you plan to own a real estate property with an LLC, this LLC must be registered in the state where the property is located. So if you buy a California property using a Delaware LLC you will need to register that LLC in California as "foreign entity". In other words, it's simpler and cheaper to just register an LLC in California.
