I noticed during your process there isn’t anywhere that annotates how the LLC is split up between its members once its formed. Does that need to be done after the LLC is formed? How does that work?
Since none of the Secretaries of State require you to list the percentage of LLC membership on the Articles of Organization, we do not request this information on our forms.
Once your LLC is formed you can then go ahead and create an Operating Agreement where you would list (among other things) all the members and their percentage of ownership.
(a) You made a typo in the card number, CCV code, expiration date, name or address;
(b) Your card balance is too low;
(c) Issuing bank has declined this transaction for some other reason related to your account.
