Openning a EU branch in the US
Asked by: Walid - 30 August, 2012
I am an Egyptian citizen with a Lithuanian telecom company which is operating for the past 10 years.
We are currently working for outsourced jobs in the UK market and decided to branch out to the US market.
What would be the best state to open such a business in terms of taxes schemes, capital structure and visa facilities.
