Opening a company or corporation in United States without visiting there.

Please let me know if we can open a company in US while working in India.
We have registered a company in India, are we able to open company in US without visiting there?
What would be the cost to open a company?

Shashwat,
It is very possible to register a U.S. company from India, without being a U.S. citizen or resident. You will not be required to submit any financial or identification documents, nor are you required to have a U.S. address or social security number. You may even list your company in India as the owner of the U.S. business.
The costs to register a business will vary depending on the entity type, and state of registration. We have a research article titled 'U.S. Companies for Foreigners', which will help compare and explain the different entity types and most recommended states to help you make the best decision to meet your business plans.
