Nevada or Florida for LLC?
Without knowing the nature of your business, it's hard for me to answer this question directly. Here are some thoughts about those states:
Generally speaking, Nevada is a great state if you have a strong nexus there, such as a real estate property, office or you are conducting physical business in the state. If you do not have a strong physical presence in the state, Nevada can be an expensive state to incorporate and maintain your business in. So purely from price perspective Florida would be a more cost-effective state to register and maintain your LLC.
As I said, without knowing the nature of your business it's hard to say which would be better in your situation.
