What is the process of moving privately held real estate into a new series LLC/cells?

First, one needs to redraft the operating agreement and turn it into a series LLC operating agreement. Such Operating Agreements are typically fairly complex as they need to account for multiple levels of management, control and protection.

The next step would be to transfer ownership of each property to the corresponding LLC within the series.
