I am sub-leasing office space in Kansas for a therapy practice and plan to practice in KS for the next number of years. I live in Missouri. I want to create in LLC. Which state would I do this in?

Susan,
When a business has a nexus in a state, such as a physical location, office, employees, or conducts its' business in person, you would have to register the company in that state, respectively. In this case, you should create your LLC in the state of Kansas.
