As an LLC in Hawaii, we will be providing janitorial services to a business in Oregon. Do we need to register?

Chester,
The answer depends on the level of your company involvement in the deal. If you will be providing them a one time service with employees who will travel from Hawaii then probably you don't need to register in Oregon, however it seems to me an unlikely scenario. If you plan on hiring local employees in Oregon and/or provide the service on a long term basis then you probably do need to register your LLC as a foreign entity in Oregon (or form a new one), and register for withholding and other payroll related stuff.
