How many members can a Limited Liability Company (LLC) have?

Alexandra,
LLC can have as little as one member, and as many as you want, as long as they all are listed on the Operating Agreement and have membership interest. It is however important to note that in most states (with notable exceptions such as Wyoming, Nevada and Delaware) the laws do not provide enough protection to Single Member LLCs, so it's a good idea to have at least 2 members.
