I reside in Georgia, however would like to register my corporation in Delaware due to lower costs…will I be assessed any fees from Georgia?

Generally speaking, your business would only be susceptible to fees generated by the state of registration.
(a) You made a typo in the card number, CCV code, expiration date, name or address;
(b) Your card balance is too low;
(c) Issuing bank has declined this transaction for some other reason related to your account.
