How do i go about getting a permit or bussiness liecense to buy and then resell all-purpose cleaners? Right now I am operating under a friend’s liecense, but he no longer wants to do this type of work and i do. I have been selling cleaners for 16 years, it’s all i know, I have some of my own clients already set, but I guess I need a permit or license, cheap!
