I am in private practice as a professional with no employees, and want to know how much would it be to incorporate my name?

As every state has different registration fees, and these fees vary in the state depending on the entity type (such as a Corporation or an LLC), I wouldn’t be able to give you an accurate answer without knowing more about your business plans.
If you can please tell me what state you would be conducting your business in, I could then give you a better idea of which entity type may fit your needs best, and the costs that would be associated with your state and entity type, respectively.
