Sabrina,

Nevada’s normal processing times are 5-7 business days to register an LLC, and 3-4 business weeks to register a corporation, plus mailing time of the documents. With both entity types, there is a state expedite service available where the company could be formed within 24 hours from the state’s receipt of the application. You will see this option listed on either application, you can start here: incorporate in Nevada.

If you are unsure which entity type to register, you may find our article ‘Choosing business entity‘ to be a helpful suggestion guide.
