I’m based in California. Starting an internet based business. I have heard that Wyoming is a business favorible place to setup an LLC.
If I don’t have a physical presence in Wyoming, how can I set-up an LLC?
Steve,
Theoretically you can register in any state, including Wyoming, and for that you don’t need an address or physical presence in that state, and for many good reasons Wyoming is a great choice of state for an online business.
With that being said, when you do have physical presence in another state ?? and in your case since you are running this business yourself from your home in California you essentially create such physical presence for the business ?? your business would sooner or later need to be registered in that state (especially when we are talking about California).
A Wyoming business can register in California as foreign entity, which would essentially require it to comply with practically the same rules, fees and taxes as domestic CA company. As a result many California-based home businesses choose to register in California to begin with.
(a) You made a typo in the card number, CCV code, expiration date, name or address;
(b) Your card balance is too low;
(c) Issuing bank has declined this transaction for some other reason related to your account.
