What are the fees for forming an LLC in Connecticut?

Dear Raku,

Connecticut limited liability companies are formed by filing the original of the Certificate of Incorporation (Articles of Organization for LLC) with Connecticut Secretary of State. The state filing fee is $120 and the entire filing process takes anywhere from three to five business days. Of course, there can be other fees, depending on what services you order along with your LLC, such as a registered agent, an operating agreement, etc.
