Do I need a tabacco licence to sale electronic cigarettes in the state of Texas?

Debra,
A retail tax permit is only required for sellers of cigarette, cigar and/or tobacco products. The Tax Code defines both cigarettes and cigars to include at least some tobacco, so I don??t think it??s needed for selling E-Cigarettes.
Area to watch for sure as certain states may classify differently because of nicotine content, or Feds could step in an re-classify.
