I am starting an LLC in the state of Florida and my last name is not in my business name. Does that mean i need a DBA?
If you will do your business under an LLC what you need is to use that LLC name for all your business needs, unless you want to have several business (or lines of business) under that LLC, with each having its own name.
The only reason why you would want to have your personal name registered as DBA of your LLC is if you plan to do business under your name while still being protected by the LLC.
(a) You made a typo in the card number, CCV code, expiration date, name or address;
(b) Your card balance is too low;
(c) Issuing bank has declined this transaction for some other reason related to your account.
