Can I name a DBA under a corporation with “Inc”? For example the corporation is ABC Inc. can the DBA name be XYZ Inc.

A DBA is not allowed to use a formal corporate identifier, such as Inc., LLC, Co., etc.
You are, however, able to add a suffix such as .com to the DBA, so you could have ABC Inc. own a DBA named XYZ, or XYZ.com, as an example.
