How can I check if my LLC still in good standing?

Depending on the state of registration, it could be possible to check the status of your company online at the Secretary of State (or equivalent) website. Some states would only reveil this information if you order Certificate of Good Standing. Also, sometimes its possible to obtain information of that kind over the phone.
