You may change the name of your S-Corporation, along with any other article(s) by filing a Certificate of Amendment with the state in which the business is registered.
Please keep in mind when changing details of the company such as the address, owners or name, you must also notify the IRS to update the EIN account.
(a) You made a typo in the card number, CCV code, expiration date, name or address;
(b) Your card balance is too low;
(c) Issuing bank has declined this transaction for some other reason related to your account.
