Bank Account for LLC Setup by Foreigners Outside of USA
Asked by: Cherry - 12 November, 2011
I setup a LLC for my ecommerce business in US, I am not US citizen, do not live in USA, the only thing we need to do with USA is to move our stock to a third party warehouse in USA for international distribution. Do we have to open a US bank account for my LLC? Can I just use paypal account (business account) to do business and report to IRS yearly?

Cherry,
You don't have to open a bank account in the US, you could either use PayPal or any similar service, or even open a bank account in your country.
For that you would need to have a Certified Copy of Articles of Organization sealed with Apostille or certified in your country embassy if your country is not a signatory of the Hague convention.
