How do I know whichis better for me. I live in Oregon, Have residence in Canada & am thinking of starting LLC in WY but not sure which is best advantage for me. I plan to do on-line international recruiting and marketing.

In your case it might be simpler to form your LLC in Oregon. Since you maintain residence in that state and would probably run this business from home you might want to be on a safe side and also enjoy the many business related deductions, resulting from you running this business from home.
In other words, Oregon is not the worst state to form your company in, so it might prove to be simpler to do it that way.
(a) You made a typo in the card number, CCV code, expiration date, name or address;
(b) Your card balance is too low;
(c) Issuing bank has declined this transaction for some other reason related to your account.
