Any person who makes, sells or deals in cigarettes in any way must obtain an appropriate license, called Retail Cigarette and Tobacco License, from Oklahoma Tax Commission. The Tax Commission filing fee is $30 per location.
If a business imports to or sells cigarettes from more than one location, it is required to have a license for each location. But only one license is required to operate cigarette vending machines, even if they are placed in different locations.
(a) You made a typo in the card number, CCV code, expiration date, name or address;
(b) Your card balance is too low;
(c) Issuing bank has declined this transaction for some other reason related to your account.
