How long does it take to form an LLC after the application has been submitted to your company?

The actual processing time from the moment we receive the application to the moment the completed package reaches the customer greatly depends on several factors:
1) Type of application (LLC in your case)
2) State of formation
3) Additional services ordered together with the main order.
For example, Ohio Secretary of State would process an LLC formation in 4-5 business days, so overall it takes about a week and a half for the whole cycle (mailing the application, getting it registered with the Secretary of State, and then waiting for the formation documents to arrive in mail). If additional services are ordered (such as EIN, Sales Tax ID etc) it would be a few more days to complete the order and mail it out.
(a) You made a typo in the card number, CCV code, expiration date, name or address;
(b) Your card balance is too low;
(c) Issuing bank has declined this transaction for some other reason related to your account.
