I want to change my LLC Business Name and address as well as add an owner. I am located in the state of Virginia. I am completely changing the type of business I want to do so the current name does not fit. What is the best way for changing the name? Is it better to file an “Entity Dissolution” for the old LLC name and open a new LLC or is it better to file an “Entity Amendment” and just update the company name and information?

Unless you want the new operations to start “clean”, I don’t see any reason to dissolve the old company and open a new one. Entity amendment should do the trick – you can update any kind of information including change of name, address, registered agent, members, etc.
(a) You made a typo in the card number, CCV code, expiration date, name or address;
(b) Your card balance is too low;
(c) Issuing bank has declined this transaction for some other reason related to your account.
