Processing time for obtaining Certificate of Good Standing differs from state to state, with some states having almost immediate processing, while others taking weeks. Without knowing your company’s state of registration, unfortunately it’s impossible to give you an accurate answer.
(a) You made a typo in the card number, CCV code, expiration date, name or address;
(b) Your card balance is too low;
(c) Issuing bank has declined this transaction for some other reason related to your account.
