I plan to register for a Wyoming LLC and am filling out my EIN application. Do I use my physical address or a Wyoming address i.e. the Registered Agent’s address?

On the EIN application for your Wyoming LLC, you would enter the company’s principle address as it would be filed with the state. This address may be in a different state or even a different country, and must be a physical (non-P.O. box) address.
