What is required to sell cigars in Pennsylvania? Not cigarettes, or “little cigars”. What licenses would I need to acquire?

As of the writing of this answer, selling cigars in retail does not require any special licensing in Pennsylvania. You would need to obtain a reseller permit and if you plan to sell in wholesale then also wholesaler license, but that about it.
