How can I share my Delaware LLC (one owner/member has a bigger percentage of the company) ?

Dear Louis,
Typically you wouldn’t list the members of Delaware LLC in the Articles of Organization, so the only place where you would need to make changes is your company’s Operating Agreement. Since it’s an internal document you don’t need to file it with the authorities.
If you don’t have an Operating Agreement this would be a great opportunity to create one.
