Changing Company Domicile to Ohio
The procedure of domesticating your entity in Ohio involves three steps:
- Step 1: Your entity needs to authorize domestication as required by the laws of the foreign jurisdiction, and to obtain certified copy of the charter document and certificate of good standing form home state.
- Step 2: The foreign entity is then converted into a Ohio entity by filing Articles of Domestication with Ohio Secretary of State.
- Step 3: Your entity is then dissolved in the home state (or "domesticated out", depending on the state).
We can help you with the entire domestication process in Ohio from the beginning to the end.
