Which address to use on LLC incorporation forms?

Asked by: kev - 4 July, 2012 I have a UK company that I'm going to expand into the US by incorporating in Wyoming.

The Wyoming LLC will be a subsidiary of my UK business.

I will be making use of one of the US Business Address providers such as MailBoxForwarding as I have an online business and don't need a physical commercial presence in the USA and will be running the business mostly from my desk in the UK with occasional trips to the US when needed.

When completing the LLC incorporation process should I use the address of MailBoxForwarding or my UK business's address or would the address be that of the registration agent that your service will assign to my application?
Answered by: Robert Kowalski - 4 July, 2012 Dear Kev,

If you will sign up with the best suggestion I have is to use their address both as physical and mailing address of your business (their address is not a P.O. box, so it would work just fine as the physical address of the WY company).

Keep in mind that if you want us to mail the package to UK then on Step 2 you need to specify your UK address, and use address on Step 3 as business address.
