Hi. I live in Uzbekistan and wanna start busines in US. In which state do u suggest to open a furniture manufacturer?

Dear Muhtor,
If you have a specific U.S. state where your business will be physically present (office, warehouse, shipping/receiving facility, physical store, etc.), that is the state where you would need to register your business in.
