States that permit domestication of entities formed in other states (in one form or another) are: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Delaware, DC, Florida, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming.
