Processing time for Wyoming LLC

What is the fastest turnaround to create an LLC in Wyoming?

Terry,

From our past filings I see that on average it takes about 12 days from the day we file to the day we receive filed Articles from Wyoming Secretary of State, plus minus 2-3 days.

Wyoming does not offer expedited filing, however we noticed that when mailed by Fedex overnight or second day the state tends to process applications faster.
