I received the certificatation for the state of Georgia non-profit corporation on 4/24/12. How do I pay the yearly fee?

Dear Barbara,
All Georgia Corporations, whether for-profit or non-profit, must file an Annual Report with the Georgia Secretary of State every year between January 1 and April 1. The Annual Report includes information on directors, officers and your company’s general business activity.
Your next Annual Report would be due on April 1, 2013, and you can pay it to the Secretary of State starting January 2013.
