Can I own a property in California with a Wyoming LLC without registering the company in California? This is not a business, simply the WY company will hold the title for the property. Thank you!

You do not have to register your Wyoming LLC in California to buy the property there, but if you try to sell the property or try to lease it on behalf of your LLC (both considered to be business activities) you will have to obtain a foreign qualification.
In addition, your lender could require your company to be registered in California in order to issue you a loan for the property.
(a) You made a typo in the card number, CCV code, expiration date, name or address;
(b) Your card balance is too low;
(c) Issuing bank has declined this transaction for some other reason related to your account.
