Open a company in the US for Canadian citizen

Hello,
I’m interested in opening a new business in the US. All my sales would be for US market only.
I’m Canadian citizen. Am I allowed to register a company based on my Canadian documents? If yes, is there any online web sites to do it online.

Yes, you can register a company in the US and you don’t need to supply the authorities with any documentation (only information).
All you need to do is choose a state and entity type, and you can order it from us directly.
