Which is better, LLC or incorporation when it comes to an employee dying on the job?
What are the benefits of one another?

To be honest, I would imagine much of that would have to do with the type of insurance coverage the company has, regardless if it was an LLC or Corporation.
However, for this specific of legal advice, I would strongly suggest consulting with an attorney.
