LLC in Tennessee

Tennessee requires 50 dollars per member to form an LLC. It also says there is a 300 minimum, What exactly does that mean if you want to set up a single member LLC?

Dennis,
The state filing fee in Tennessee is $50 per member, with $300 being the minimum and $3,000 being the maximum.
What that means is this: for LLCs with 6 members or less the fee is $300. For LLCs with 60 members or more the fee is $3,000. For all others the fee is number of members times $50.
