Is DBA in 2 counties necessary?

If a business, a partnership, has its main office in Brooklyn, NY (Kings county) and fulfills product from South Salem, NY (Westchester county), do I need to file a DBA in both counties? This is an e-commerce business selling exclusively on the internet.

Dear Natalia,
You are required to register a DBA in every county where your county is “doing business.” There is no one good definition of what “doing business” means, I would use your own good sense and judgment in making this decision.
